"The move went very well and I was delighted with the outstanding service provided.  I've been singing your praises to all !!", Ann Power, Strasbourg

An international house move can be a daunting prospect, especially for a family.  Our aim is to make it less so...a lot less so. There are many things to think about during the process of an international relocation, but we want you to be able to tick off one of the many boxes on your to-do list as early as possible.  That box is the one that is marked "Mover".  It's never too early to get the ball rolling - even if you are moving in six months time, please contact aim for a free pre move survey and a no obligation quotation.  We will give you all of the information and help that we can in order for you to make the best decision possible.  And we will be available to you for the duration of your move.

"Thank you again for your great service, it is much appreciated."  David Butler, Klerksdorp, South Africa

During the pre move survey we will have gained lots of information about your move.  We will know what your volume is, we will know what has to be boxed and roughly the number of boxes we will need.  We will also know what volume of furniture has to be wrapped in our special five layer thick paper.  Our experienced removal crew will be aware of this information prior to arrival at your home so that your pack out can be expedited with care and attention while keeping with economy of manpower.

Once the packing and wrapping is complete, our crew will then load a shipping container at your residence, seal it, and the container will move to the port for the international leg of your move (please note that this is based on standard access of the container to the residence - if access is difficult the shipment will be loaded onto our truck and transferred at warehouse).  We only use the most reliable shipping companies for all global routes, giving you total piece of mind.

For international air freight shipments or for smaller shipments travelling on an LCL basis by sea, your consignment will be further packed into aircartons / liftvans and again passed to our freight partners for onforwarding.

All export customs formalities are automatically included in our quotation.

The destination agents that we work with are simply the best in the business.  Our agent will assist you with customs procedures, and after clearance will deliver the shipment to your new home, place all items in the relevent rooms, and will unpack (where agreed).

We also supply a partload service for those really small shipments that need to move.  Again we can ship to any country in the world.

When making up your mind on who to employ for your removal ask yourself the following questions:

  • Does the mover completely understand my requirements?
  • Will our belongings be safe with this mover?
  • Will the mover be flexible?
  • Has the mover given me everything I've wanted so far?
  • Is this mover giving value for money?
