Don't worry if you need to move office. We can take the stress away from your project manager by providing an extremely experienced crew to move your office effects outside of working hours, resulting in no down time for your business. Typically most of the office moves we carry out start at close of business Friday and and they are finished in time for the opening of business on Monday morning. However, if your requirement is midweek, that's fine too.

Please contact aim as soon as you possibly can for us to arrange a free premove survey at a time convenient to you. During the survey we will assess the volume of the move, check the access, note what furniture may have to be disassembled and reassembled, and discuss your indvidual needs during the move. After this we will provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate of removal costs with a quotation for the hire of re-usable lidded plastic crates for your employees to pack the contents of their desks and filing cabinets etc. Once booked aim will then arrange a date with you for delivery of the crates and subsquently for the arrival of our crew to your office. Leading up to the move we will liase directly with your project manager ensuring that the details of your move are constantly updated for onforwarding to our crew foreman who will be on site.

As mentioned above, aim will supply re-usable plastic crates to your staff. The crates have interlocking lids for ease of safe stacking (protecting the contents), and removal. When empty the crates are light and easy to handle, when full your staff will label them showing what office and floor they have to be delivered to. The crates are designed to hold the contents of a desk / drawers, stationary, file trays, paperwork etc. And we can supply also PC crates for your computer needs.
